Unlike the American Bulldog Puppy and the English Bulldog Puppy , Olde Victorian Bulldogge Puppies and Olde Bulldogge Puppies are very athletic dogs that enjoy plenty of regular exercise. They are ideal for Drafting and Obedience, and can even be trained for Agility, Search & Rescue and Flyball competitions. They are bred to be free of respiratory and joint problems furthering their suitability for a wide variety of athletic events.

As more people learn how wonderful and versatile the Olde Victorian Bulldogge is, the waiting lists for quality puppies grow longer. We will be happy to reserve a puppy for you from a future litter, or attempt to locate a registered puppy from another VBA breeder for you. You may "Contact Us Today!"

Is the Olde Victorian Bulldogge breed right for you? Can you answer "Yes" to all of the following questions?

    • Provide extra time to work on weak areas in training
    • Provide a Dog-Proof area for your puppy
    • Puppies may chew furniture/wood moldings/cabinetry so a laundry room with a linoleum floor and minimal furnishings is highly recommended

    • A quality outdoor pen with appropriate shelter from extreme temperatures
    • Shelter must be capable of maintaining dog’s body heat in cold weather, protect dog from direct sunlight, be dry and contain comfortable bedding material
    • Though we are believers in crate training, you should NOT keep your puppy in a crate while you are at work all day, every day! There is a big difference. Click on the following link for Crate Training Guidance.

Can you give your bulldogge a “Forever Home?”

If you plan to breed your OVB, you must:
    • Never breed a bitch before 1½ years of age or her 3rd heat cycle
    • Never breed a male dog before 12 months of age
    • Never breed a bitch more than 2 consecutive heat cycles
    • Be registered with the VBA if you wish to produce VBA registered puppies
    • Never sell puppies to a pet store
    • Never sell puppies to any person who is suspected of involvement in dog fighting/baiting
    • Be willing to spend the extra money required to provide a healthy environment and healthy food/supplements to bitch and puppies

If you find you can no longer provide your dogge with a quality home, you may contact your breeder or a member of the VBA to insure your bulldogge will be placed in a good home.

Please do not take your dogge to any organization that euthanizes animals!!!
